Psp Cps2 Cache Files Downloads

I have tried with several different versions of CPS2PSP, and romcnv.exe on all the CPS2 files. I have generated the cache files with 2 different versions of romcnv, the issue is everytime I try to load a game in the CPS2 emulator, it says something like 'caches files are Version v22, v23 is needed, regenerate cache files again'. Trouble getting CPS2 emulator to work. Precision industries. Even a lot of the 'working cps2psp all games pack' downloads aren't actually correct or complete. For CPS2 and Neo-Geo games, you need to run romcnv to generate cache files and copy the cache directory into the emulator directory too. CPS1 doesn't need cache created.
