The Windows 7 Compatibility Center indicates the card is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7.

Jun 13, 2009  Drivers for Radeon x1300 I have downloaded the drivers for vista/windows 7 catalyst 9.3 and they don't install when I run the installer.the log says it failed.I am unable to rate the system and I think it because of the video card/drivers.The drivers are the windows WMD drivers that 7 installed.

When checking the cards product page at the visiontek.com site it only lists up to Vista

But, it you follow the Download link in the top navigation menu near the top of the page, it takes you to

The page comes up with Graphics Cards X1000 Series Windows 7/Vista preselected, clicking the small Go button prompts to download x1kwin7.exe

Evidently the card is compatible with Win 7 and VisionTek just never updated the card's product page to reflect this.

As to the reliability, I've never personally used this card and my general experence with ATI graphic cards has not been good, but to each their own. You may want to look at this review if you have not purchased this card yet:
